About This Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry & accuracy: Inputting contract terms, pricing, and billing schedules into the system while verifying accuracy.
  • Invoice generation: Process invoices based on contract terms and ensure they align with agreed-upon rates.
  • Reconciliation & Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve discrepancies between contract details and billing records.
  • Communication: Collaborate with internal teams and clients to clarify billing details and resolve disputes.

What You'll Bring:

  • At least 3 years of experience handling contracts, billings, and invoicing, preferably for a US SaaS company.
  • Must be able to read customer contracts and pull key billing and revenue data from contracts.
  • Must be quick to learn systems.
  • Must have desire and ability to learn how to navigate and utilize CRM and billing systems.
  • Must have hands-on experience using Salesforce.
  • Must have hands-on experience using any type of billing platform (e.g., Quickbooks, Xero, Stripe, etc.).
  • Must be detailed oriented.
