Customer Support Representative
We are seeking a professional and tech-savvy individual to provide exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels.
Main Responsibilities:
- Respond to customers in a courteous and friendly manner
- Handle product inquiries, order tracking, returns, and account concerns with efficiency and accuracy
- Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide timely support
- Stay informed on product updates and best practices for customer support
Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple conversations simultaneously
- Empathy, patience, and reliability when addressing customer concerns
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
Work Environment:
- Full-time remote position
