Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled financial professional to lead our accounting team. The ideal candidate will have strong financial knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and experience in construction and real estate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.
  • Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, adjusting entries, and accruals.
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Perform detailed account reconciliations for Balance Sheet accounts.
  • Track project/job costs and ensure costs are recorded to appropriate jobs or cost codes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant required.
  • 2-5 years progressive accounting experience.
  • Experience in inventory and manufacturing.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with month-end close, account reconciliations, financial statement preparation, and internal controls.
  • Experience in real estate.

This is a full-time position requiring a high degree of attention to detail, proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel, and the ability to work independently in an autonomous environment.

The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills, analytical skills, and organizational strengths.
