We are seeking a Legal Case Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for handling legal cases, ensuring that all necessary information is collected and documented accurately.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound calls and responding to client inquiries in a timely manner.
- Reviewing and updating case files to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Working closely with other teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and colleagues alike.
Requirements include:
