Job Title: Quality Control Specialist – Case Evaluation & Intake Auditor

Location: Philippines (Remote / Hybrid / Onsite – depending on company policy)

Department: Intake & Case Evaluation

Reports To: Intake Manager / Director of Operations

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to join our team and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of our case evaluations and client intakes. You will play a key role in maintaining high operational standards for our California-based employment and workers' compensation law firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audit recorded and written client intakes to ensure they follow company protocols, legal standards, and ethical guidelines.
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of intake information, escalating red flags when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with California labor laws, workers' compensation regulations, and firm policies.
  • Identify errors or gaps, provide constructive feedback to intake and evaluation staff, and prepare weekly QA reports.
  • Assist in onboarding and training of intake staff based on audit findings.
  • Help improve intake processes, checklists, and training manuals to boost efficiency and reduce errors.

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; Legal Studies or Paralegal certification is a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in legal intake, case evaluation, or quality control (law firm setting preferred).
  • Knowledge of California employment and/or workers' compensation law is highly advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management software.
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
