Job Description

The Field Service Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our mobile hydraulic cranes, tower cranes, lattice-boom crawler cranes, and boom trucks nationwide.

This position involves extensive travel to customer sites where you will perform mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic/electrical testing, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of these complex equipment.

You will be responsible for conducting operator trainings and commissioning on new or used cranes sold to customers, as well as preparing field service reports and providing recommended parts and maintenance to customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electromechanical Technology / Mechanical Engineering or 2-year technical course specializing in Electromechanical technology is required.
  • Must have basic English oral and written communication skills, computer literate, able to read and interpret technical diagrams, and able to drive.
  • Able to work overtime as required and may involve extensive domestic travel.
  • Able to work on provincial assignments.
