We are looking for an Equipment Dispatch Triage Specialist who will serve as the main contact for all service requests. Your job is to receive calls and emails, create work orders, and make sure the right technician is dispatched—especially for urgent cases.

You will talk with customers to gather details about their equipment issues, answer general questions, and direct calls to the right department when needed. A key part of the role is using maps to locate and assign the nearest technician to dental and medical offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and manage a high volume of calls and emails from customers, technicians, and internal teams.
  • Create and track work orders for service requests.
  • Schedule and prioritize service calls, including emergencies.
  • Answer basic customer questions about equipment and services.
  • Route calls or emails to the correct departments when needed.
  • Use maps and navigation tools to assign the nearest technician quickly and accurately.
