HVAC Systems Technician

At our company, we are seeking a skilled HVAC systems technician to join our team.

Job Description:

  • Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters and checking refrigerant levels.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems.
  • Repair or replace faulty components of the system.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems based on daily schedules.
  • Provide improvement reports for the repair and maintenance team.
  • Conduct building maintenance tasks in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other areas.
  • Responsible for routine building maintenance tasks.

Requirements:

  • A vocational or high school diploma/NCII or equivalent is required.
  • At least one year of working experience in a related field is necessary.
  • Knowledge in repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of air conditioning, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and civil works is essential.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills are very important.
  • Willingsness to work on shifting schedules and weekends is a must.
