About the role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Driver and Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Triton Constructions Development Corporation. This full-time, project-based role will be based in Bacoor City, Cavite, providing essential transportation and maintenance support for our construction projects. As the successful candidate, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our vehicle fleet, contributing to the overall success of our construction activities.

What you'll be doing

  1. Safely operate and maintain a variety of vehicles, including light and heavy-duty trucks, as required by construction project needs
  2. Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance on assigned vehicles to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with safety regulations
  3. Diagnose and repair minor mechanical issues, coordinating with the maintenance team for more complex repairs
  4. Maintain detailed records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities
  5. Assist with the loading and unloading of construction materials and equipment as needed
  6. Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a professional driver, preferably in the construction or logistics industry
  2. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  3. Basic mechanical skills and knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair
  4. Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Willingness to work flexible hours as required by project needs
