Customer Success Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of the world's leading technology brands and make a real impact on customer relationships.

Job Description:

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for managing high-volume customer interactions via phone and email.

You will conduct customer health checks, capture the Voice of the Customer, and build product knowledge to handle questions, objections, and customer concerns.

Collaboration with global teams is key to delivering a superior customer experience. You will also document customer feedback and track satisfaction metrics.

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of Customer Success experience
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM a plus
  • Experienced in onboarding new clients or product users (Doing demos and presentations)
  • Experienced in client management, conducting health checks, and client business reviews
  • Prior success in achievement of individual and/or team sales quota/goals
  • Preferably with experience in handling retention/renewals motion, but not required
