Job Role

An Adaptive Planning Consultant will be responsible for helping our clients achieve their business planning needs with the Adaptive Planning Business Planning Cloud.

  • Providing expertise on the Adaptive Planning solution, maintaining proficiency and certification in the Adaptive Planning solution suite
  • Contributing to implementation for our clients, including understanding current planning processes, recommending solutions, guiding clients through design sessions, developing forecasting and planning models, and documenting planning models and reporting
  • Supporting clients to ensure success, communicating regularly, and providing general customer service and assistance
  • Collaborating internally, sharing learnings and problems solved with colleagues
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Financial experience, particularly budgeting, planning, and management reporting
  • Exposure to designing and building complex financial planning models, with advanced Excel skills
  • Experience implementing Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, able to communicate with customers and colleagues with impact, credibility, and empathy
  • Ability to work effectively within teams, manage time effectively, and execute tasks with limited supervision
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines, make sensible decisions under pressure, and take a balanced view of customer demands and project commercials
