- Travel and Event Coordination:">

- Plan and prepare executive travel itineraries, book accommodations, and handle logistics">

- Draft, reply to, and manage emails, follow up on correspondence, and organize inboxes according to executive preferences">

Requirements:">

- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-level executives">
- University Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution">
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal (C1-C2 level)">
- Solid organizational and time management skills">
- Tech-savvy and familiar with current technologies, such as desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP">
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)">
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)">
