Financial Operations Specialist

We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support the executive team with financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable management.

This role involves providing high-level administrative support while owning critical financial functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the executive's time and financial workflows are streamlined and executed with precision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform administrative tasks:
    • Coordinate travel, licensing, and research
    • Provide general administrative support and project coordination
    • Support with personal tasks as needed
  • Manage financial records:
    • Track, reconcile, and follow up on incoming payments (accounts receivable)
    • Maintain financial records, track expense reports, and prepare basic reports
    • Work with internal accounting systems and software to ensure timely and accurate reporting
    • Collaborate with the executive to ensure data integrity and compliance
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
  • 2+ years of accounting experience
  • Experience working with international teams or offshore environments is beneficial
  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proven ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment
