Multilingual Customer Service Specialist

**Job Description:**
As a Bilingual Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls in both Spanish and English.
This role requires clear and accurate communication across both languages. You will need to provide excellent customer service, handle billing inquiries, account updates, and general support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing inbound and outbound calls in both Spanish and English.
- Providing clear and accurate communication across both languages.
- Assisting customers with billing inquiries, account updates, and general support.
- Documenting customer interactions with precision and attention to detail.
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and English, have strong listening and interpersonal communication skills, and be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Previous experience in a bilingual customer service or call center role is preferred.
