We are seeking an experienced Data Strategist to lead our data-driven initiatives and spearhead the development of advanced analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement data models, dashboards, and reports that inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics and translate business needs into actionable data solutions.
  • Analyze complex healthcare datasets to uncover trends and support strategic planning processes.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for data processes, methodologies, and findings.
  • Mentor junior analysts within the department and contribute to the growth of a dynamic team.
  • Partner with IT teams to enhance data infrastructure and analytics tools.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Expertise in data analytics tools and platforms, including SQL, Python, or Tableau.
  • Proven experience in the healthcare industry or working with healthcare datasets.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex data insights.
  • A proactive approach to identifying trends and driving strategic initiatives.
