Credit Analysis Role

This position involves scrutinizing financial statements, credit reports, and relevant data to assess client creditworthiness. As a Credit Analyst, you will work remotely during standard US Pacific Time business hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess client creditworthiness through comprehensive financial statement analysis and credit reporting
  • Develop detailed credit analyses and risk assessments for new and existing clients
  • Collaborate with sales, legal, and finance teams to structure deals that align with the company's risk tolerance
  • Monitor client portfolios and identify potential credit risks or deteriorating financial conditions
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
  • Graduated cum laude or better from university is preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in credit analysis, preferably within the real estate industry
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
