Job Overview

This position is responsible for delivering advanced support for alarm management and handling refrigeration and HVAC alarms. It involves diagnosing, interrogating, and troubleshooting via customer software, relaying refrigeration/HVAC alarms, and addressing other customer requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Alarm Management & Smart Dispatch: Interrogate refrigeration and/or HVAC alarms received, diagnose them based on Service Level Agreements with external customers.
  • Deliver accurate alarm information to external customers through calls or email.
  • Make informed decisions based on alarm history and graph analysis.
  • Update and confirm completed work orders according to customer procedures.
  • Address inbound and transferred calls as necessary.
Required Qualifications
  • Graduate of a 4-year degree program.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Preferred experience in interactive customer service and related functions.
  • Background in offshore service operations is beneficial.
  • Proficient in computer applications such as MS Office (familiarity with MS Outlook, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Sharepoint, and basic knowledge of MS Excel).
  • Managed Services business systems and tools (Salesforce, Connect+, Genesys).
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, to support assigned businesses and customers.
  • Willingness to work overtime or on rest days to meet operational demands during peak periods.
  • Self-motivated individuals who can effectively manage changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
