DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly preventive maintenance on all warehouse equipment and fixtures across assigned S&R branches.
  • Perform minor and major repairs on defective equipment, including but not limited to: Refrigeration Systems, Air Conditioning Systems, Forklifts, Generators (Genset), Kitchen Equipment, Wastewater Systems.
  • Conduct weekly fogging to ensure sanitation and compliance with safety standards.
  • Monitor and record equipment parameters to track performance and identify potential issues.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and complete data gathering for maintenance activity reports.
  • Travel between assigned S&R branches as needed to perform maintenance and emergency repairs.
  • Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Technical diploma or certification in Refrigeration, HVAC, or a related field.
  • Solid experience in refrigeration maintenance and repair.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems related to warehouse operations.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair various equipment efficiently.
  • Experience in handling maintenance documentation and reporting.
  • Willingness to travel to different S&R branches and work flexible schedules as needed.
  • Willing to be assigned in Libis, Quezon City
