About the role

Developed Logical Techniques for Airconditioning Company is seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team in Cubao, Quezon City, Metro Manila. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for our residential and commercial clients. This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay and benefits.

What you'll be doing

  1. Perform scheduled maintenance on HVAC systems, including inspections, cleaning, and adjustments
  2. Diagnose and repair issues with HVAC equipment, such as compressors, motors, and control systems
  3. Install new HVAC systems, including ductwork, refrigerant lines, and electrical connections
  4. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to service calls and addressing client concerns
  5. Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used
  6. Collaborate with the wider team to ensure efficient and effective operations

  1. Formal training or certification in HVAC/R systems, such as an HVAC technician diploma or equivalent.
  2. Strong technical skills, including the ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and operating manuals
  3. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex HVAC issues
  4. Commitment to providing high-quality customer service and maintaining a professional, courteous demeanour
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management and organisational skills.
