Front Desk Support Specialist

As a Front Desk Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing a warm and welcoming presence via telephone. Your role will involve responding to incoming calls in a professional manner and determining the caller's needs to direct them to the relevant department or team member.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond promptly to incoming front desk phone calls and provide general information about our services when applicable.
- Determine caller needs and route them to the appropriate department or team member.
- Maintain accurate call logs and messages.
- Follow established call-handling protocols and update internal directories as needed.
- Work closely with internal teams to understand current priorities and workflows.
- Prior experience in a receptionist, call center, or customer service role (at least three years).
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a pleasant, professional phone manner.
- Able to quickly understand and navigate company structure and team functions.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with VoIP systems, call management software, and basic CRM tools.
