Job Title: Strategic App Commercial Desk Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the strategy and vision for our App Commercial Desk.

The ideal candidate will lead a team of App Commercial Desk Specialists, guiding them to achieve and exceed internal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

This role requires strong leadership skills, with a focus on people management, operational reporting, and executive updates.

  • Develop and implement the App Commercial Desk strategy and vision.
  • Lead a team of App Commercial Desk Specialists, providing guidance and direction to ensure they achieve and exceed internal KPIs.
  • Define and measure metrics to analyze internal efficiency, including Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and support volumes.
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams to support the sales cycle.
  • Partner with content managers and business process analysts to create and maintain process documentation for the App Commercial Desk.
  • Handle internal escalations in a timely manner and expedite resolution of problems as they arise.
  • Maintain operational reporting and delivery of executive updates.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a Supervisory/Management role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, including creating ad hoc formulas.
  • Working knowledge of sales service desk tools.
  • Background in quoting/billing/vendor management in a B2B or B2C setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work/influence across organizational boundaries.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
