Marketing Insights Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Insights Lead to join our team. In this role, you will drive the growth and entry strategy for new categories through the discovery of sharp, distinctive insights about the market and possible opportunities for innovation.

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that cater to consumer needs and preferences.
  • Lead market assessment work for assigned categories, providing actionable recommendations for business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to create and qualify new product/marketing/retail and trade ideas.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and idea labs to generate innovative solutions.
  • Create and test propositions, including concepts, advertising, products, and packaging.
  • Establish a pipeline of product initiatives and track business performance, suggesting interventions as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven technical knowledge of market research protocols, including retail tracking, brand health tracking, product/concept testing, comms testing, and qualitative research.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, sales strategies, and consumer trends.
  • Able to analyze data, identify patterns, and develop creative solutions.
