Job Title: Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Marketing Assistant to support our team in the day-to-day execution of email campaigns and administrative production tasks.

About Our Team

This is a remote position where you will assist with building email campaigns using WYSIWYG email editors (no coding or design necessary). You will also move and manage tasks through a production backend or ticketing system, coordinate content production timelines, and ensure deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Broad experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign)
  • Familiarity with WYSIWYG editors or drag-and-drop email builders
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions and manage repetitive tasks efficiently
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
