At Shopee, we are committed to delivering exceptional operational performance. As a Fleet Sourcing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and carrying out sourcing and onboarding of manpower agencies.

The Operations team at Shopee cover the end-to-end process from buyer search to product delivery. This includes analysing and monitoring operational KPIs, conducting root cause analysis, and working with multiple stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting interviews with vendors, evaluating their performances based on pitch, negotiating terms of business, and closing deals in mutual agreement
  • Working cross-functionally with internal teams (recruitment, legal, procurement) and external vendors
  • Preparing training materials for vendors and ensuring standard operating guidelines are in place
  • Scheduling and providing training to new vendors, ensuring sufficient knowledge prior to operations

To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication and stakeholder management skills, experience in recruiting vendors, preferably manpower agencies, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
