Job Description

The Regional Fleet Lead is responsible for securing the fleet of agency and IC Delivery Partners, both for current and future requirements. This involves working closely with Hub Leads and agencies to address various concerns related to Delivery Partners. Additionally, performance monitoring and reporting are crucial aspects of this role.

  • Closely coordinate with Hub Leads to ensure timely payout computations are provided to FINOPS.
  • Maintain area fleet teams' productivity in sourcing and onboarding Delivery Partners.
  • Work with agencies to secure agency Delivery Partners.
  • Ensure seamless enrollment of new Delivery Partners in FMS, while removing accounts of departed partners.
  • Provide regular reports to superiors and additional reports as required.
  • Analyze fleet team performance, offering recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Mentor and monitor department members' performance.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
  • A minimum 4-year college degree is mandatory.
  • Experience in dealing with Employment Agencies for riders and drivers is essential.
  • HR experience, specifically in recruitment, is a plus.
  • Proven expertise in mass hiring and personnel management.
  • Familiarity with managing fleets is advantageous.
  • Excellent negotiation skills are necessary.
  • A high level of integrity, honesty, and transparency are expected.
  • Organizational and forward-thinking abilities are key.
  • Able to think creatively and escalate issues early.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
