We are looking for a highly skilled Bookkeeping and Operations Specialist to join our team at My Fleet Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience in bookkeeping, operations administration, and HR management.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process incoming/outgoing invoices, collect accounts receivables, and maintain accurate financial records.
  2. Coordinate rental logistics, respond to stakeholder inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently.
  3. Manage the company mailbox, assign tasks based on email communications, and process government requirements.
  4. Support payroll, timekeeping, and employee relations activities.

Desirable Skills:

  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft, Adobe, and Quickbooks.
