About the Opportunity:

We're seeking a sharp and detail-oriented professional to oversee key customer accounts on our platform. This person will be responsible for reviewing incoming orders, coordinating fulfillment with vendors, and ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize and manage high-value client accounts
  • Review, edit, and process orders placed on the platform
  • Rout orders to appropriate vendors and oversee fulfillment workflows
  • Communicate with clients via email or Slack as needed
  • Handle escalations (e.g., delays, product issues) with internal support
  • Maintain accuracy across order details and documentation
  • Ensure timely execution of all project milestones
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2-4 years experience in account/project/order management for Promotional Products/Branded Merchandise
  • At least 1+ year of experience in branded merchandise or promotional product workflows
  • B2B account management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced remote setting
