Team Operations Manager

Job Description:

This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the production team.

The Team Operations Manager will ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and on time, while maintaining excellent relationships with clients and vendors.

  • Review and manage order confirmations and vendor emails to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Verify that purchase orders are accurate and include the correct client artwork files.
  • Communicate with suppliers and vendors to receive order status, proof, and tracking information.
  • Coordinate with clients using email templates for order updates and logistics.
  • Provide timely support and research on order progress, changes, and customer or vendor inquiries.
  • Manage shipping and freight arrangements, providing customers with shipment tracking numbers and monitoring shipping reports.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and vendor files and databases.
  • Update digital catalogs with new products, ensuring accurate pricing and product details.
  • Design client-specific lookbooks showcasing curated merchandise with branding recommendations.
