The Senior Accounting Professional is responsible for overseeing complex financial operations and ensuring compliance with US-based regulations.

Job Summary:

Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations. Prepare and review financial statements, such as balance sheets and income statements. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounting Operations: Manage the overall accounting function, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of US-based accounting/tax experience
  • Strong understanding of US-based accounting principles and regulations
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CPA certification or equivalent
  • Experience with cloud-based accounting software
  • Knowledge of financial analysis and modeling tools
