Talent Acquisition Leader

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have experience in talent acquisition or recruitment leadership and a proven track record of successfully leading a team. This role requires a leader who is not just a coach but a living example of reliability and accountability.

This leader will be instrumental in guiding the team to meet and exceed recruitment targets while upholding high standards for quality and efficiency. They will foster a motivating environment, inspire continuous improvement, and ensure our recruitment processes deliver quality hires and a positive candidate experience.

A key responsibility will be to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline. The successful candidate will also participate in the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

Additionally, they will provide continuous development for the team through training, mentoring, and constructive performance feedback.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a group of recruiters and sourcing specialists when required.
  • Implement robust performance management strategies to monitor, evaluate, and improve team member performance.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to refine job descriptions, requisition processes, and compensation strategies.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Actively participate in the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Provide continuous development for the team through training, mentoring, and constructive performance feedback.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment leadership.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading a team.
  • Strong understanding of performance management, proficiency with recruitment software, and excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  • Goal-oriented, detail-focused, and driven to meet and exceed targets.
  • Fluent in English.
Work Environment:

Full-time, permanent position available. Must be available during USA business hours (Eastern Standard Time): Monday-Thursday, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m., and Fridays, 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. EST.
