We are seeking a skilled and committed Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive recruitment initiatives in Colombia. This role will oversee the full-cycle recruitment process—from crafting job descriptions to coordinating interviews, conducting background checks, and presenting top candidates to clients.

Job Description

This is a mid-senior level full-time position responsible for creating detailed job descriptions, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, posting job openings, sourcing and pre-screening candidates, and conducting thorough preliminary interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: University degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment and selection, preferably in the BPO industry or fast-growing environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidates' technical skills and competencies.
