Job Description

  • This full-time position plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales performance as Showroom Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage day-to-day showroom operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Maintain the showroom to the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness.
  • Analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to boost revenue.
  • Support and coach the showroom team to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to execute promotional campaigns and visual merchandising displays.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on showroom performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail supervisory or management roles, preferably in the consumer products industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and proven track record of delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Data analysis and interpretation skills to inform business decisions.
  • Organisational and multitasking skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • A passion for the retail industry and commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
