Airport Experience Director

As Airport Experience Director, you will create meaningful moments and connections for our passengers. You will oversee customer service agents, manage operations, and ensure safety and security of all crews and passengers.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor operations and ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and company policy.
- Manage and oversee customer service agents to achieve operational excellence and provide good passenger experience.
- Safeguard the safety and security of all crews and passengers.
- Support emergency response teams during disruptions and irregular operations.
- Proactively manage flight disruptions and activate crisis management if necessary.
- Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Improve customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Qualifications
- A college graduate of any four-year course.
- At least three years of customer handling experience or airport front line operational experience.
- Two years of experience in a supervisory / managerial capacity.
- Preferably with experience in airport operations and systems.
- Willingness to work onsite and be based in Pasay.
