This role involves assisting in organizing and managing workflows and datasets across multiple departments, ensuring information and documentation are properly structured.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and implement financial processes to improve efficiency
  • Manage and maintain data systems and reporting frameworks to support decision-making
  • Work closely with team members to ensure procedures are followed and required data is collected on time
  • Classify and maintain documentation to ensure accuracy, order, and accessibility
  • Support data analysis, reporting, and business modeling tasks
  • Take ownership of routine administrative and follow-up tasks, freeing up senior team members for strategic work
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or another analytical field
  • At least 4-5 years of related work experience as a financial manager
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
  • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet software (formulas, pivot tables, and modeling)
  • Ability to build and work with business models
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
