Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial management duties, including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends and assessing the financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee financial management duties, including financial data generation, report compilation and submission, industry trend analysis and financial health assessment.
  • Supervise operations and development of finance departments, including policy creation, budgeting, recruitment, training and regular assessments of financial procedures.
  • Prepare quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting.
  • Advise colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the company's finances.
  • Document the company's financial status and forecasts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Knowledge and experience in Accounting Software.
  • Active CPA certification.
  • At least 15 years background in Finance with 3+ years as Finance Manager.
  • Analytical skills to assist executives in making informed decisions.
  • Ability to make quick decisions.
  • Strong and effective communication skills.
  • Strategic planning skills.
  • Good time management and organization skills.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting.
