Marketing Operations Coordinator

This role requires someone who can assist in coordinating marketing campaigns, analyzing data, managing email campaigns, and supporting content planning across channels.

  • We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can contribute to both strategic marketing efforts and daily administrative tasks.
  • The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, AI software, and project management platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Support (50%): Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns, manage email marketing campaigns, conduct market research and competitor analysis, create marketing reports and track campaign performance, assist in content creation and proofreading for blogs, newsletters, and ads, manage digital assets and marketing materials, support paid advertising efforts.
  • General Operations Assistance (50%): Manage calendars, handle email and inbox management, update project management tools, conduct data entry and research, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, assist with administrative tasks and reports.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant, with a focus on marketing management and remote work.
  • Experience in email marketing, campaign management, and content planning.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign.
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools - preferred but not required.
  • Strong skills in project management software.
  • Excellent English communication skills - both written and verbal.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
  • Experience with Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
  • Basic graphic design skills.
