Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support our marketing efforts in managing and executing digital marketing initiatives. The role will focus on social media management, email marketing, marketing automation, and advertising support, with the goal of enhancing our online presence, driving audience engagement, and supporting lead generation.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
  • Develop and implement a content calendar aligned with our marketing goals.
  • Utilize social media scheduling tools to streamline posting and maximize reach.
  • Engage with target audiences through comments, likes, follows, and direct interactions.
  • Monitor and report on engagement metrics, follower growth, and audience interactions.
Email Marketing
  • Deploy email campaigns to segmented customer, lead, and prospect lists.
  • Maintain and update email lists for accuracy and relevance.
  • Monitor campaign performance and report on KPIs (open rates, click-through rates, conversions).
Content Deployment & Organization
  • Collaborate with internal teams to receive approved copy and graphics.
  • Upload, schedule, and quality-check content prior to publishing.
  • Keep marketing assets organized in cloud-based systems.
Marketing Automation & Advertising Support
  • Assist with setting up workflows for social and email automations.
  • Support integration of platforms to improve efficiency in campaign execution.
  • Provide assistance in managing and monitoring paid advertising campaigns and report on performance metrics.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media management, email marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Proficiency in Mailchimp, Canva, Meta Business Manager, and Zoho Social.
  • Experience with paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or Google Ads preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to follow structured workflows.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage tasks independently.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work in a remote team environment.
