About Us:

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and take charge of content creation, social media engagement, and digital campaign execution. This role will be working closely with our Managing Director to implement our digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across our social media platforms in line with current trends and brand voice.

• Use Go High Level (GHL) to manage marketing automations, funnels, and CRM workflows.

• Capture and edit photos/videos for use in social campaigns, webinars, and email marketing.

• Create visually appealing graphics using tools like Canva.

• Support the execution and reporting of digital ad campaigns across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.

• Help manage email marketing, newsletters, and customer engagement journeys.

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor analytics, and suggest improvements.

• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and bring fresh ideas to the table.

• Work independently while collaborating remotely with our sales and leadership teams.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing role, preferably in a service-based business (but not essential).

• Hands-on experience with Go High Level CRM is a strong advantage.

• Skills in photography, videography, and basic editing for social and web content.

• Comfortable using Canva or similar tools to create polished marketing assets.

• Strong grasp of social media platforms, content trends, and audience engagement techniques.

• Basic knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

• A self-starter with a "can-do" attitude and ability to manage time and tasks independently.

• Excellent written English and clear communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with international teams.

• Familiarity with SEO basics or blog writing.

• Interest in business, entrepreneurship, or financial services.
