Financial Management Professional

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing key financial functions, ensuring accuracy, and supporting the company's growth. As a detail-oriented and driven Financial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes, performing bank and account reconciliations, and conducting cash flow analysis to ensure liquidity and financial stability.

In this position, you will support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) initiatives, including budgeting and forecasting, collaborate with management to provide actionable financial insights, maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks, and utilize Stride Retail (Odoo) if applicable.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes
  • Perform bank and account reconciliations
  • Conduct cash flow analysis to ensure liquidity and financial stability
  • Support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) initiatives, including budgeting and forecasting

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess exceptional communication skills, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, and 3-5+ years of experience in financial management, accounting, or controlling roles. QuickBooks experience is required, while Stride Retail (Odoo) knowledge is a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA, ACCA, or CMA certification preferred.
  • Proven experience (3-5+ years) in financial management, accounting, or controlling roles.
  • QuickBooks experience required; Stride Retail (Odoo) knowledge is a plus.
  • U.S. market experience preferred.
