The position of Senior Accounting Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the complete financial management cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities are led by this individual, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support business objectives.
  • Audit processes are managed and controlled to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Management reports are prepared, reviewed, and presented, highlighting key business drivers, trends, and variances.
  • Financial models are maintained and enhanced to support strategic decision-making and scenario planning.
  • Cross-functional collaboration is facilitated to align financial plans with operational goals.
  • Compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements is ensured.
  • Process improvements for efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting are implemented.
  • A remote finance team is mentored and led, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Internal and external audits are supported, providing documentation and explanations as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in controllership, financial planning & analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
  • Proficiency in month-end close processes and financial statement preparation.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present clear insights.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial reporting tools and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, etc.).
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial audiences.
