Staff Accountant Position

We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to oversee the management of our financial operations and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the review and analysis of financial data, creating accurate and timely reports for senior management
  • Develop and implement effective accounting procedures to optimize financial systems and processes
  • Provide guidance and support to accounting staff on financial control procedures and best practices
  • Collaborate with financial managers to drive business growth and improve financial performance
  • Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported in accordance with GAAP requirements
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in a Financial Controller, Accounting Supervisor, Chief or Senior Accountant role
  • Proven expertise in general ledger functions and month-end/year-end close processes
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail
  • BS degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant certification such as CMA or CPA
