Job Overview

We're seeking a performance-driven user acquisition professional to drive mobile user growth for our Mode Earn App and other apps.

  • Plan, launch, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across core paid channels: Meta, Google, TikTok (SRNs/SANs), Programmatic DSPs, Rewarded Ad Networks, and more
  • Responsible for daily performance tracking, pacing, and spend efficiency against key performance indicators (KPIs) of your campaigns
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop and test ad concepts, messaging, and formats
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance to other members of the growth team, aiming to uncover actionable insights & optimizations
  • Identify and test new growth channels, networks, and strategies

This role requires a deep understanding of the mobile gaming industry to create targeted and effective advertising content that captures the attention of gamers and enhances brand engagement.

Key Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience
  • 1-4 years of hands-on experience buying mobile app or gaming ads with significant budgets while achieving target KPIs
  • Proven ability to scale user acquisition efficiently in a mobile-first or mobile gaming environment
  • Strong analytical skills fluent in Excel/Sheets and familiar with tools like MixPanel, Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, Singular (BI Tools & Attribution Frameworks)
  • Experience with MMPs and performance marketing attribution
