Accounting Manager Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and reconciliation.
  • Team Management: Supervise, mentor, and evaluate accounting staff to maintain high performance and efficiency.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
  • Process Improvement: Recommend and implement systems and procedures that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in supervisory or managerial role.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and standards; Excellent leadership, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Integrity: High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
