Job Title: General Accountant

  • Accounting Functions:
  • Timely preparation and completeness of subsidiary ledgers;
  • Prepare and submit monthly results of account reconciliation (i.e. SL vs. GL);
  • Ensure complete and accurate recording of treasury-related transactions such as loans, interests, and money market placements;
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of entries related to receipts and payments.
  • Financial Reporting:
  • Prepare and record monthly accounting adjustments (i.e., journal vouchers);
  • Review results of monthly bank reconciliation.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis:
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial report packages for the Parent Company; coordination of budgetary requirements across departments and ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree in BS Accountancy;
  • CPA Board Passer;
  • At least 3-5 years' experience in a similar role;
  • Proven foundation and experience in overall general accounting functions including taxation, financial reporting, and administration/management of accounting systems;
  • Experience in property management within a similar industry is an advantage;
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines;
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS Excel.
