Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive customer support specialist to join our team in a contact center environment.

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, or chats from customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information about products, services, and billing processes.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions to facilitate future reference.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Achieve performance goals related to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction through active participation in training and coaching initiatives.
Key Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least one year of customer-facing experience, preferably in a contact center setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software is beneficial.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
