As a member of our software quality assurance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity and reliability of our products.
Job ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking an experienced professional to craft comprehensive test plans that ensure rigorous testing of our software products. This includes identifying, documenting, and replicating reported issues for effective resolution. You will also collaborate with customer service to swiftly pinpoint bugs and enhance user experience.

You will be responsible for updating internal documentation consistently, ensuring it reflects the latest updates and changes. Additionally, you will report performance issues and work towards enhancing the overall user experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Graduate degree from a recognized institution;

- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
- Familiarity with using applications on mobile and web;
