Quality Assurance Engineer

At EngageRocket, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software testing principles and strong critical thinking skills.

  • Develop and execute test plans that consider product risks and customer needs.

The Quality Assurance Engineer will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our products. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in software testing, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS or tech environment.
  • Strong theoretical knowledge of QA methodologies, test types, and test design techniques.
  • Ability to self-organize, think critically, and prioritize testing efforts based on risk and user impact.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, issue trackers, and test case management tools.
