Software Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking an experienced Software Quality Assurance (SQA) professional to play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our software products.

About This Role

This position involves coordinating and performing internal process/product audits, creating audit reports, and communicating quality audit results to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will provide support to software project teams by collecting project data, analyzing it, developing, recommending, and monitoring corrective and preventive actions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and perform internal process/product audits
  • Create audit reports and communicate quality audit results to stakeholders
  • Support software project teams through collecting project data and analysis
  • Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions
  • Collect and analyze project and company-wide quality data to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide guidance in root cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions
  • Facilitate process improvement initiatives in project teams and in the organization
  • Handle and conduct QA-related trainings
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or an IT-related course
  • At least 3 years of Quality Management experience, preferably in Software Quality Management
  • Well-versed with QC Tools, RCA tools, and techniques
  • Knowledgeable in CMMI, ISO9001, Six Sigma, Quality Audit
  • Knowledgeable in software development processes (Waterfall, Agile, V-model, etc)
  • Knowledgeable in Software Process Improvement and Software Metrics
  • Quantitative Data Analysis skills (Descriptive Statistics, Exploratory and confirmatory data analysis)
  • Developing and conducting SQA-related trainings
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel
  • Software development experience is a plus
