Participate in the development and adoption of technology strategies in support of Software Engineering best practices.

Builds and supports a culture of collaboration where trust and transparency are fostered within cross-functional teams.

Supports team members across geographical locations and facilitates remote communication.

Identify key improvements continually to drive process efficiency.

Fosters a culture where risks and issues are managed effectively by communicating and collaborating with team members.

Supports building a Community of Practice for knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
