Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Nityo Infotech. As a key member of our support team, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients in Korea, utilizing your excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in the financial or tech sectors. You should possess a basic understanding of financial markets and be proficient in using support tools and CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate customer support via email, chat, and other communication channels
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to account management, platform navigation, and technical queries
- Collaborate with the technical and product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Document user interactions and maintain detailed records of issues and solutions
- Assist in translating support documents and FAQs into Thai to enhance the user experience
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of $25,000 per year, which takes into account the location in the Philippines and the level of experience required for this role.
